How do I pay my course fees?

Students are to receive the payment notice before assessment. You are required to complete the payment within 7 days starting from the date of invoice. Early payment is allowed upon receiving the payment notice. However, a late fee of RM 50 will be charged every 2 weeks until full payment is received.

How can I make my course payment?

You may complete the payment through three methods:
  • Cash
  • Bank Transfer
  • Cheque
For bank transfer, please do provide your payment proof through Facebook or WhatsApp. Students should notify Student Affairs Office immediately if there are any problem occurred during the transaction. Office will consider it as late payment if the student failed to notify the office,

For Course fees/ Diploma Programme Assessment Fees/ Security Bond Fees, please bank in to the account as below:

For any other payments other than the fees mentioned above (For eg: Wacom payment, Camera payment or Hostel payment etc), please bank in to the account as below:
  • Account Name: Wong Siew Hong
  • Bank Details: Maybank 1080 7506 5568

Please bank in into the stated bank accordingly, students are to bear the responsibility if the payment went into wrong account.

Scholarship

Scholarship is awarded to students who has good improvement in terms of academic performance, active in Co-curricular activities & good social achievement/voluntary activities (Charity, contribute in improving academy's reputation & exposure, provide assistance to friends).

Scholarship is being conducted through nomination. If you have someone who is able to fulfill the requirements stated above, kindly nominate him/her in the next nomination session.


Educational Loan

Students who completed the registration process are eligible to apply for KOJADI Educational Loan.

Security Bond Fees Refund

Security Bond Fees are refundable to students who passed their diploma. Students who failed in certain subjects has to retake the failed subjects. Student Affairs Office will return the security bond fees upon receiving Diploma from City of Oxford College.
