How do I make hostel payment?

You may complete the payment through three methods:
a) Cash     b) Bank Transfer     c) Cheque

For bank transfer, please do provide your payment proof through Facebook or WhatsApp. Students should notify Student Affairs Office immediately if there are any problem occurred during the transaction. Office will consider it as late payment if the student failed to notify the office,

For any hostel payments, please bank in to:

(Please bank in into the stated bank accordingly, students are to
bear the responsibility if the payment went intowrong account.)

Whom shall I look for if there are any emergency happens in Hostel?

Please contact respective Hostel Manager, the managers will contact House Master.


How do I withdraw from hostel?

Students are to inform Student Affairs Office ONE SEMESTER (3 months) before the withdrawal. Or else, hostel deposit will not be refundable.


How do I apply for hostel service?

Students may submit the hostel deposit to Student Affairs Office to secure a place. Hostel students are to complete payment by term. Please contact Student Affairs Office for more details.
